With the integration, when a customer places an order, order details (recipient name, address, phone number, and order number) are automatically transferred to the shipping company's system.
Once the order information reaches the shipping company’s system, the shipping label and tracking number are automatically generated. The label can usually be printed automatically, speeding up the packaging process.
The shipping company records each stage of the package (collection, distribution, central distribution, delivery) in the system. The integration also supports the return process. When the customer requests a return, the shipping label and shipping details are automatically created.
